Terms of service
These terms cover your use of the GoGeno website and, where noted, engaging GoGeno LLC (“GoGeno,” “we,” “us”) to build or run a site for you. By using this site you agree to them. The specific work we do for you is governed by the written proposal or agreement we sign together; where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement controls.
What we do
GoGeno designs and builds websites, adds SEO and AEO, ships custom interactive tools, and provides a live dashboard (PowerTrain) and lead capture (Forms) for local service businesses. What's included in your engagement is defined in your plan and proposal, summarized on our pricing section.
You own everything
When your project is paid up, you own it — the code, the content we produce for you, and your domain. Our work is month-to-month with no lock-in; if you leave, your site and data go with you. We keep the right to reuse general techniques, know-how, and any of our own reusable components, but not your brand, content, or data.
Payment and refunds
Plans and any setup fees are described on our pricing section and confirmed in your proposal. Recurring plans bill in advance and continue until you cancel; because they're month-to-month, you can stop future billing at any time. Fees already paid for work delivered are generally non-refundable — if something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right.
Acceptable use
Don't use this site or our services to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, upload malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems. We may suspend access if that happens.
Third-party services
We build on trusted providers (for example hosting, email, and analytics) and may recommend tools we use ourselves. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for how they operate. Any referral relationships are disclosed on our recommended tools page.
Disclaimer and liability
This website is provided “as is.” We work hard to build sites that perform, but we don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. To the fullest extent allowed by law, GoGeno is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
